Delivery

All of our products are handmade to order. You can pick the shipping method that suits you best at the checkout. During Covid 19 and our busy periods such as Easter and Christmas, our dispatch and delivery times may take longer (Royal Mail services are often slower at this time of year too, so please do also take this into consideration). Delivery times are not guaranteed so please be aware of this when placing your order as it can get delayed at the post office and once it is with them it is out of our control. Unfortunately we are not liable for your order as soon as it leaves Lilybakesuk HQ, so if the order is lost, we will not replace or refund the order. If you need your product quickly or for a specific date please contact us in advance and we will confirm whether we can accommodate your requirement. We appreciate your event is important to you so we will endeavour to help where possible so please do ask :)

Duties and Taxes

Lilybakesuk is a UK based company. If you are ordering from a different country there maybe duties/ taxes fees charged by the country of shipping. Lilybakesuk cannot be held responsible for any external charges such as duties and taxes that may occur. 

 

Dispatch time - the time it will take to make and dispatch your order. If your order is over the stated dispatch time, we will send you an email to let you know. Due to the volume of emails we receive, we will not reply to emails asking ‘where is my order’ if the order is still in the dispatch timescale. 

Overseas Delivery - We advise that you select tracked shipping, so your order can be tracked by yourselves and us. Unfortunately as soon as your order leaves Lilybakesuk HQ we are no longer liable for your order and we will not refund or replace your order.
